Time to take the plunge

Article Abstract:

The recovery of the UK economy has led to a revival in the property market and a more favourable environment for the people involved in the UK property industry. A merger between the ISVA and the RICS, which are the two major professional bodies representing those working in the property industry, would be a positive move for their members. Property companies must focus on providing customers with a good service. The outcome of the UK general election in May 1997 should not be detrimental to the improvement in the property market.
