Action out of town

Article Abstract:

Out-of-town office and industrial developments are serving to boost the property market in Norwich, England. Indeed, the city is now beginning to attract national concerns, rather than just local companies. At Norwich Research Park, 20.2 ha of land has been allocated for research and development buildings, while 15.3 ha of land remains available at Wrenbridge's Gateway 11. This is set to fall substantially following detailed talks with possible occupiers. In the industrial property sector, there is relatively strong demand for units of more than 1,858 sq mt.
