A flaw in Brown's inclusive vision

John Gummer, Conservative member of parliament for Suffolk Coastal, believes that Gordon Brown's budget had some important omissions. While the budget is refreshingly green, he says the Chancellor has not dealt with the problems connected with developing brownfield sites and has ignored the effect of higher stamp duty on housing growth.
