Article Abstract:

A new employee training technique known as coach-mentoring has been shown to more effective than conventional approaches. It involves employees in being encouraged to develop self-managed, integrated learning. Client companies generally enrol groups of five employees, with each employee receiving a personal coaching and mentoring session each month.

Issues concerning the impact of car parking restrictions on business development in Hampshire, United Kingdom, are discussed. Alternative means of transport to and from work other than by car are examined, including the park-and-ride public transport system.

Clamp down on parking

Article Abstract:

Landlords can clamp vehicles so long as there is a notice warning drivers about clamping. It does not matter if the driver has not read the sign. Landlords cannot make clamping a financial operation.
