Let the conversation begin

Article Abstract:

Communication is an essential part of the relationship between clients and designers, between designers and other designers and between designers and their inner voices. To begin with, designers hold dialogues with themselves concerning their ideas, their work and their passion. Dialogue should also be initiated with clients and prospective clients. It is important to maintain this communication so the client will continue to remember and value the designer. Other ways designers can market their work include by writing and distributing articles and by speaking at trade shows, universities and seminars.
