Article Abstract:

Research investigating reasons behind the refuse of food amongst Chinese patients suffering from anorexia nervosa is presented. The complexity of rationales behind the Chinese patients food refusals is emphasized. A larger conceptualization of the disease is recommended.

Evidence of diffuse atrophy of the thyroid gland in patients with anorexia nervosa

Article Abstract:

Research investigating the morphology of the thyroid of patients suffering from anorexia nervosa is presented. Particular attention is given to ultrasonographic evaluations of the thyroid gland. It is conclude that there are gland reduction in anorexic patients.
