Article Abstract:
The use of deception in an economic experiment is unacceptable because if the subject started to suspect that deception is being used, then the experimenter has lost control of the experiment, which is the main reason for the experiment. Moreover, the use of deception in economic experiments can harm it instead of helping it and it could expose the experimenter to legal and ethical prosecution.

The continuing relevance of Keynes' analysis of uncertainties as a contribution to the economic theory and decision theory is proposed. Keynes' theories and post Keynesians' theories subsequently provide the foundations for a more general theory of decision making under uncertainty.
