Adherence, body mass index, and depression in adults with type 2 diabetes: the mediational role of diabetes symptoms and self-efficacy
Article Abstract:
The impacts of higher body mass index (BMI) and adherence on depression, a condition that considered as a factor in worsening of type 2 diabetes, are analyzed. Results revealed that lower perceptions of self-efficacy mediates the implications of poor adherence and higher BMI. The significance of the increase in diabetes symptoms on BMI and depression is also examined.

Reduction in disability in a randomized controlled trial of telephone administered cognitive-behavioral therapy
Article Abstract:
The treatment of multiple sclerosis that target depression may be able to reduce disability. It is also revealed that further reduction in disability can be achieved by fatigue management based on cognitive-behavioral therapy interventions.
