Article Abstract:
Multi-step transition measures of decision strategies integrate several search data in relation with single-step transitions to arrive at a definite strategy scheme. A two-stage cluster analysis of this method further presents an accurate measure of the strategy use. It differs with the single-step in that it identifies qualitative rather than quantitative differences in strategy preference. Further studies suggest inclusion of experimental conditions with larger range of strategies for cluster analysis of resulting multi-step transition indices.

Article Abstract:
A study of some groups of business students was conducted to investigate the relationship between collective efficacy and vigilant problem solving with respect to group choices. The results reveal a curvilinear relationship between vigilant solving and decisions outcomes. The findings also show that vigilant problem solving mediates the relationship between collective efficacy and decision outcomes. An overview of how these findings will provide a valuable tool for managers in decision-making processes is presented.

Article Abstract:
Groups equipped with a team and task experience seem to have lower task performance and greater bias in discussing common data compared to groups equipped with only task or team experience, or none at all. Task scores are also lessened by increases in the discussion bias. Performance is significantly lowered by delays in mentioning the first item of information.
