Trampling the grass

Article Abstract:

Somalia continues to be engulfed in proxy wars, first between the U.S. and the Soviet Union during the 1980s and, in the 21st century, between the west and radical international Al Qaeda terrorists. The international community needs to intervene urgently with serious, long-term security and development assistance to disarm the warring factions and help Somalis rebuild their destroyed nation.

Mankind's common responsibility is to build effective global arrangements and by managing climate challenge in the right way it gives the international community an opportunity to solve the two greatest problems that are global warming and poverty.
