Decision concerning the implementation of the tax sharing system

Article Abstract:

The State Council has decided to reform the existent fiscal contract system and implement the tax sharing system in all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under central jurisdiction. This would further straighten out central and local fiscal distribution relationships and promote the setting up of a socialist market economy regime.
