Issues are discussed regarding the famine threatening countries in the Horn of Africa as a result of three successive years of drought and crop failures. Ethiopia is the country the worst affected, with an estimated 8 mil people at risk. The country also faces a border conflict with her northern neighbor, Eritrea.
