Article Abstract:

Peter Drucker believes that market theory cannot accomodate social change and innovation. Market theory has been based primarily on the assumption of equilibrium. In reality, markets are generally unstable and are almost impossible to predict. The financial crisis experienced by Asian countries is more social than financial. Analysts believe that Asian enterprises should exert extra efforts to keep their workers happy to keep them in business.
