Article Abstract:

The US's ballistic missile defense has performed less than expected despite an enormous funding for the creation of sophisticated systems which make up its various programs. Article Abstract:

Deployment of a limited national missile defense (NMD) system would violate the 1972 Anti-Ballistic Missile (ABM) Treaty.
