Article Abstract:

The impact of multilevel governance structures on state-society relations is analyzed and contends with the usefulness of looking at shifts between competing advocacy coalitions in a given issue area. An argument in favor of the dependence of the impact of multilevel governance structures on domestic advocacy coalitions on the political opportunity structure provided at the international level, the types of policy outputs international institutions can deliver and the organizational capacity of members are presented.

Article Abstract:

An urgent notice concerning matters relevant to the strengthening of health quarantine, prevention and control of atypical pneumonia was issued to Public Security Bureaus, Communications, Railways, Health, and Examination Bureaus and other concerned bodies. The notice contained directives issued by the Party Central Committee and State Council to prevent the spread of epidemic disease, protect the physical health of the general public, and maintain border port entries and exits.

Neoliberalism and the slow death of public healthcare in Mexico

Article Abstract:

Mexico's Neoliberal governments have slowly destroyed the traits needed for a public good in healthcare. The important traits of a public good eroded in the state sector of Mexico's overall system of healthcare are discussed.
