The Job Hub is a free employment recruitment service being offered by the American Assn. of Retired Persons (AARP). Three years after its 1992 launch, the agency has made about 2,000 successful matches. Employers that take advantage of the AARP offering can save on costs related to recruitment advertising and employment agency fees.

Unphased retirement

Article Abstract:

Issues concerning the availability of phased retirement are discussed. An American Association of Retired Persons survey found that only 11 companies had phased retirement schemes despite shortages in skilled personnel.
