Studies show that unlike before, it is comparatively easier to buy property in 2003, with the various new schemes and especially the mortgage option. More traditional institutions such as ANZ, Westpac, the Commonwealth Bank and Adelaide Bank offer LoDoc (low documentation) loans to buy property.
