The newest way to treat incontinence

Article Abstract:

Bladder training is a six-week program of exercises and scheduled urination that helps patients overcome problems of urinary incontinence. A study at the Medical College of Virginia Hospital found bladder training reduced incontinence by more than 50% in 75% of the women studied.
