The company invests in Australian utilities and companies based on their environmental, social and work place criteria. Australian Ethical is perched on the top of a list of retail multi-sector equity funds based on its performance during the last three years.

The new super environment

Superannuation is specifically designed for retirement savings and is deemed to be the only tax-effective structure by the Australian Government. Craig Dunn, managing director of the AMP Financial Services, stated that an effective 90% return before investment of contributions would be much more beneficial for younger workers when they retire.

A person may basically think to move his investment property into a superannuation fund to take advantage of the tax concession at the time of retirement. Three strategies for using the investment property on retirement are discussed.
