An overview is provided of why touring in a recreational vehicle (RV) can be the ideal way for retired people to spend a vacation. RVs are surprisingly easy to drive, they are comfortable for passengers, they are big enough to be shared by four people, and off-season RV travel can be inexpensive if you balance the cost of gas with the cost of a motel room.

Approximately 500,000 women have heart attacks in the US annually, with most of them 65 years of age or older and with African American women having a statistically higher death rate. Detection is often more difficult in women, and hormone-replace therapy seems to decrease the risk of heart disease.
