The wine and spirits industries do much of their business during the holidays before Christmas. In 1998, many producers will compete with each other by giving customers larger bottle sizes, artful shapes, and exotic tastes. For collectors, they offer collectibles that will be profitable in time. The article lists producers and their holiday collections.
