There is an increase in the array of education seminars and course providers but the quality and reputation of the providers vary considerably. A range of industries are currently looking at the area of high-pressure marketing and possible law reform however, it would be difficult for investor groups to take action against them because it does not have full coverage of this area and direct property sales are not regulated.
