Article Abstract:

UN Sec Gen Kohi Annan asked Canadian Maurice Strong to oversee UN reform for a token $1 a year. That is what Strong was paid for masterminding the downsizing of Ontario Hydro in the early 1990s. To reform the UN, Strong will have to downsize enough to please the US without further alienating smaller countries.
