Hepworth and Co, a customer relations management (CRM) firm with operations in Richmond Hill, Ontario, and Amersfoort, the Netherlands, help firms connect with their cliens through such ways as handling complaints, tracking client preferences and monitoring particular data that help define customer profiles. According to the firm's founder and CEO, Michael Hepworth, the average level of revenue that is at risk in Canadian firms as a result of unsatisfied clients has risen to 11% from 8.5% since 1996.
