Horne, a former VP of RBC Dominion Securities, was arrested on Mar 29, 1996, and charged with 12 counts of fraud and one count of theft. He allegedly bilked clients and art dealers out of thousands of dollars. He had an extensive collection of Canadian art, which was seized by Coopers & Lybrand.
