Surprise: Chrysler loves its German boss

Article Abstract:

Chrysler CEO Dieter Zetsche is emerging as a hero in Detroit, MI, having been transformed from a loathed interloper to a beloved insider. Chrysler people find that refreshing after years of bigger-than-life domineering executives such as Lee Iacocca and Robert Lutz.
