Article Abstract:

The Sudan People's Liberation Army has battled the Moslem-led military forces of Khartoum since 1983. The war has resulted in the destruction of farm lands, and two million people are threatened with starvation. Relief efforts are stalled because of regulations, and civilians are suffering.
