Sears Canada Inc. that has experienced declining sales over several years has fired chairman and chief executive officer Mark Cohen because of strategic differences over the future direction of the business. Toronto-based Sears Canada was struggling to boost its under Cohen since he arrived at the top job from the parent company in January 2001.
