The deal encompasses the payment of $8.6 million in cash, while the rest of the amount will be paid through a combination of stock swaps and performance-based stock options at a strike price of $9.81. SLM Software offers electronic transaction management software to financial organizations, while it is understood that Bankline offers similar services to the US banking market.

Celestica buys three IBM plants
