Carl Williams is suspected to be involved in at least three of Melbourne's unsolved gangland murders, a conflict that has claimed 22 lives in just five years. The special police Taskforce, Purana assistant commissioner, Simon Overland who is investigating the case, is not sure whether they will solve all the murders but is sure of solving some of them.
