Marketing the Olympic Stadium in Australia has been difficult, despite the fact that the Sydney Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games has done a remarkable job of selling international television rights and others. Investors have shown little interest for the stadium, retail outlets created to sell Olympic merchandise have struggled, and the number of volunteers have fallen short.
