Falling into Bush's Mexican trade trap

Bush is promoting the North American Free Trade Agreement to win votes, but the treaty could have disastrous consequences for the Canadian economy. The agreement will benefit primarily the US by providing its industry cheap labor from Mexico and cheap resources from Canada.
