Factory slowdown continues as tech firms slash production

Statistics Canada has issued a new report that indicates a slowdown in Canada's manufacturing industry. The report, which said that $44.9 billion in goods shipments occurred in September, blames the economic problems on a decline in demand for high-tech goods.
