EnCana snares U.S. natural gas assets

Williams Cos. has sold some natural gas assets in the United States to EnCana Corp. The deal, valued at 539 million Canadian dollars, will give EnCana 600 billion cubic feet of natural gas to add to its 1.2 trillion cubic feet of gas reserves.

Calgary oil producers agree to asset swap
