Court shuts down iCraveTV -- for now

U.S. District Court Judge Donald Ziegler has temporarily shut down Toronto, Ont.-based iCraveTV.com Inc. The case, which revolves allegations of copyright infringement by the Internet-based television broadcast services company, was brought by Twentieth Century Fox Film Corp. and other media and entertainment firms.

Toronto, Ont.-based iCraveTV.com Inc. will be sued by the Canadian Association of Broadcasters over allegations of trademark and copyright violations. iCraveTV, which has temporarily withdrawn its service after a restraining order was filed in the United States, provides streaming television over the Internet.
