Collenette estimates five years for high-speed central rail link

Canada's transportation minister, David Collenette, said that it would take five to six years to develop a high-speed rail link in Central Canada. There is a 3 billion Canadian dollar plan to improve rail links in the Quebec City-Windsor, Ontario corridor.
