Canadian Pacific Ltd. (CP) will terminate the trading of its shares as the company's five spinoff operations are expected to be hurt by the decline in the economic situation. Investors in CP will turn in their shares for stock in the company's five spinoffs, PanCanadian Energy, CP Ships Holdings, Fording Inc., Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, and Canadian Pacific Railway Co.
