Article Abstract:

Round Lake Publishing Co's $79.95 Sales LetterWorks is a software package that provides 300 form letters for selling in business. The package is divided into 15 chapters including Sales by Direct Mail, Communicating with Sales Force and Proposals and Quotations. Users find the letter that most closely resembles what they want to write and then edit to suit their needs. All 300 model letters are well-written and concise, and customizing them is a simple task. No special equipment is needed, but a hard disk is helpful. Virtually any word-processing program can handle the letters and the software package is available for MS-DOS and Apple Macintosh machines in either 3.5-inch or 5.25-inch formats.
