Two Marines and a corpsman; a reflecton on the value of bravery and sacrifice

Article Abstract:

A daughter tells the story of her father's life being saved in World War II by a Navy corpsman, after two Marines had given their own lives in an effort to save him. She would like to thank the Marines for giving her a chance to live.

Preparing for promotion; in order to be properly prepared before being considered for promotion, Marines need to ensure their records are up-to-date

Article Abstract:

Each Marine has a set of records, and those records become the Marine's representation at promotion selection boards. It therefore becomes important that the records be kept current and accurate.
