Kidnappings endanger reconstruction in Iraq

Article Abstract:

Data compiled and analyzed by Olive Security from sources in Iraq indicates that the kidnapping of foreign civilians in Iraq is being carried out by a combination of insurgent and criminal gangs that have proved resilient in the face of counterinsurgency operations.
