Growing pains: Getting army UAV aviation off the ground

The 3rd Division's tactical unmanned aerial vehicles (TUAV) Company is struggling to keep up with the growing demand for its services while fending off equipment failures and feeling the shortcomings of its organizational concept. Meanwhile, its was making the transition from being a Military Intelligent asset, under which UAV units were originally set up and equipment, to an Aviation branch element.
