FREMM: France and Italy join forces for an ambitious programme

Article Abstract:

The French and Italian Naval forces have decided to work as international cooperation partners under the project European Multi Mission Frigates (FREMM). FREMM are complex, capable and comparably expensive ships that have key features such as reduced manning and state-of -the-art equipment and the negotiations for this project met most of the mutually compatible Naval requirements than other European programs.

The Imperial Japanese fleet won the battle of Tsushima in 1905 against the Imperial Russian Navy and Admiral Togo that made Japan as one of the most technologically advanced country. The factors that led to the war and Japanese abilities to exploit leadership skills are described.
