Article Abstract:

The Air Force Association 2005 Statement of Policy that was adopted by the delegates to the AFA National Convention meeting on 12 September 2004, in Washington, D.C., is presented. The National Military Strategy 2004 depends on the Air Force capabilities in air and space in order to win the war on terrorism, improve the military's ability to fight as a joint force and transformation.
