ADF looks for the bigger picture

Article Abstract:

Multi-mission unmanned aerial system (MUAS) would enable the Australian Defence Force (ADF) to conduct long-range, broad-area surveillance of Australia's 37,000 km Exclusion Zones under the Phase 1B of Project Air 7000, currently budgeted at AUD1-1.5 billion. The MUAS would provide a sustained, all-weather surveillance presence in remote but resource-rich areas such as the North West Shelf (NWS), the vast sea-air grasp stretching across the north and Australia's Antarctic territories.
