Article Abstract:
Modern defense systems hinder the operational capability of military systems due to their unreliability and lack of testing of the systems before their actual applications. The defects in the weapons system development result in massive errors. However, testing the product provides the chance to fully measure the effectiveness and efficiency of modern defence systems in a given environment and this gives the developers and Armed Forces services the time to eliminate technical problems.
