Choice of a visual medium is dependent upon the objectives for which you are communicating in first place. Multi-media, video tapes and film all have distinct pros and cons. Multi-media presentations are good color and sound, but cannot be distributed easily and may suffer from mechanical breakdowns. Video tapes are cheaper, easier and can be duplicated fast. Films can be modified for different audiences ad have optimum quality of image and sound. It can suffer from poor production and can be damaged.
