Is Sparrowhawk a good buy for NBC Universal?

The global credit crunch paved the way for NBC Universal to acquire Sparrowhawk Media for a reported $350 million, and Five owner RTL Group wrote down the channel's book value by 83 million pounds. Granada takes Dr Zhivago home

Granada PLC has been given permission to sell its "Dr Zhivago" television period program to Channel One in Russia. The family of Boris Pasternak, the author of "Dr Zhivago," gave Granada permission to sell the period piece.
