Change in political atmosphere of England, relaxation in ownership regulations and the revolution of Internet as powerful media forced to change the strategies of the Independent Television (ITV) to produce theme oriented shows with realism in 1990s. By building Network Center and other facilities, ITV concentrated more on increasing the peak time of their shows.
