The U.S. Treasury Department designated the Islamic American Relief Agency, a religious charity in Colombia as a part of a global network of charities that had supported Osama bin Laden and a host of other regional and international terrorists. Hence the FBI-led task force raided the charity's Columbia's offices, carting off truckloads of computers and records.
