Boats and booze

Article Abstract:

The boat accidents, which took place in California Colorado River due to intake of booze and high speed, are reported. The U.S. Coast Guard is building its Boating Accident Report Database since 1969 and is used to keep track of all accidents resulting in injury, serious property damage or fatalities.
